Responsabilidades

The internal sales representative is a key member of our sales team and contributes in generating sales for the business. Working alongside field sales to execute the sales strategy required to achieve and exceed sales targets, to promote and sell Haier Biomedical products to customers.


·    Internal Sales

    o   Manage inbound sales calls and website enquiries

    o   Work alongside marketing on the direct campaigns

    o   Contact potential or existing customers to follow up or inform them about a product or service

    o   Answer questions about products or the company

    o   Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

    o   Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

    o   Enter and update customer information in the database


·   CRM (SalesForce) Coordinator/Champion

    o   Record all customer information and details of any contact in the CRM database (Salesforce)

    o   Monitoring Checks/Housekeeping CRM

    o   Liaising with the sales team and relevant in-house departments in relation to customer orders, processing of sales orders on SAP and update the CRM as appropriate.

    o   Support the sales team in the CRM database inputting/housekeeping to ensure Sales pipelines are administered efficiently and accurately.

    o   Provide accurate forecasting on weekly and month basis

    o   Report activities and plans regularly to Management Team

    o   Act as CRM Champion and take ownership of CRM implementation and use within the business. Work with senior management to set expectations, ensure buy in, establish and maintain best practices.


·   Tender Support

    o   Manage and update tender portals

    o   Create and manage tender toolbox (company profile, accreditations, insurances etc.)

    o   Coordinate tender process, set deadlines and responsibilities

    o   Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes

    o   Obtain feedback when unsuccessful


·   Office support, when required:

    o   Manage inbound phone line answer and field incoming telephone calls in a prompt, courteous manner directing them to the appropriate personnel, taking clear messages.

    o   Field incoming emails from generic inbox and taking action and/or directing them as appropriate and e-filing when actioned.


·   Maintain good relationships with customers, distributors, suppliers and internal staff


·   Comply with the terms of the company handbook, employment contract and NDA


·   Any other duties commensurate to the role
